Yes. We can produce a branded sample once the digital proof is signed off, so you hold the real thing in your hand before the full run starts. Ask for it in the notes field and we will include it in the quote.

Yes. We can quote against a purchase order and invoice your finance team directly — tell us the process you need to follow and we will fit it. Card payment is also fine if that is simpler.

A one-colour vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF). Laser marking and deboss are both single-tone processes — gradients and photographic marks have to be simplified to one solid tone. A 1-bit PNG at 1000 px or more also works. If all you have is a JPG from a website, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it can be redrawn.

On the pen, the mark sits on the cap, up to 30 × 6 mm. On the notebook cover you choose the spot — centred, low centre, or tucked into a top or bottom corner. Drag it around in the Logo studio above, then tell us the placement with your artwork.

The pen is laser marked: the laser removes the black coating so the metal underneath shows through. The cover is blind debossed — pressed into the material with no ink at all. Both are single tone, and both are permanent.

Yes — pen only, cover only, or both. Many teams mark the pen only, since it is the piece that travels. Pick the option in the quote form, or choose "advise me" and we will recommend based on your artwork.

Always. You get a digital proof of every surface within two business days of sending artwork, showing exact size and position. Nothing is marked until you approve it in writing.

No. The app is free and there are no per-seat licence fees, so a 200-unit gift does not turn into a 200-seat software bill. That is the main reason it works as a gift rather than as a tool someone has to expense.

There is no account to create and nothing is sent to us. Notes are stored locally on the recipient's own phone — no Ophaya sign-in, no cloud sync in the middle, no data collected on our side. For an internal rollout that usually ends the IT and legal conversation before it starts.
