All Ophaya smart pens purchased from our official store include a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

How to Return Your Ophaya Product

Receive CRMA: We will send a Credit Return Merchandise Authorization (CRMA) number, return instructions, and your prepaid label.

Package Securely: Pack all components in the original packaging or equivalent protection.

Return Frequency Policy

Damaged Battery Safety
If your smart pen shows signs of battery damage (swelling, leaking, overheating):
