Returns


For purchases made from the Ophaya online Store, Ophaya will refund the full amount paid minus shipping on any item(s) returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items returned after this timeframe will not be accepted or credited.

In your email to support@ophaya.com, please include the invoice number from your purchase confirmation email along with a description of the reason for your return. Once approved, we will issue a Credit Return Merchandise Authorization (CRMA) number along with return instructions. You will be responsible for the original shipping and the return shipping fees. Items must be returned in like new condition with all the original components and packaging. Credits are issued once the items have been received and verified.

Purchases from Third-party vendors

Smartpens purchased from a Third-party vendor cannot be returned to Ophaya for a refund or exchange. Please review the third-party sales agreement for that vendor's return or exchange policy and contact them directly.

 

2.Resend:

if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).We are willing to resend the correct product for you.

If the item is defective or  due to transportation issues (such as damaged items/).We can reissue new product for you under the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost

3. Cancellation

We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at  Support@ophaya.com as long as it has not been shipped.
